Valg til EMS Council

EMS council skal velge nye medlemmer. Under følger en oppfordring fra Martina Junge om å nominere kandidater. Den formelle vegen er å at NMF nominerer, men kom med forslag.
Dear presidents of EMS Member Societies,

As required by the constitution of the EMS, the Council shall consist of six Members elected by the annual General Assembly who shall each normally serve for a period of two years, plus appointed representatives of the governing bodies of the National Meteorological Societies of three Permanent Members.
I would like to inquire if you and your society would be interested to nominate a representative for the council in one of the coming years. Councillours are elected at the General Assembly in autumn, and their term then starts with the following Council Session.

Meteorologforeningen, NMF trenger også en ny EMS kontakt. Denne kontaktpersonen vil følge opp arbeidet i EMS(European Met. Society), delta på General Assembly (årsmøte) som er i forkant av konferansene EMS/ECAC(European Conference of Applied Climatology, hvert hele år) og EMS/ECAM(European Conference of Applied Meteorology, hvert odde år).
Foreningen sponser selvsagt reise og opphold.
Bli med allerede i år og få en tur til Spania på ECAM, og bli med i det fagpolitiske miljøet i Europa!
